Mark L. Nowak concentrates in the areas of Taxation, Business and Corporate Law, Trusts and Estates and Real Estate.
Mark was born in West Springfield, Massachusetts in 1959. He is a graduate of Western New England (B.S., magna cum laude, 1981; J.D., cum laude, 1984) and New York University (LL.M., 1985). A Phi Alpha Delta, Mark was a member of the Western New England College Law Review (1982-1983).
Active in the legal community, Mark is a member of the Massachusetts and Florida Bars, and the Palm Beach County, South Palm Beach County, and American Bar Associations. He is a member of the Tax and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections for the American Bar Association and Florida Bar. He is a member of the East Coast Estate Planning Council, the Boca Raton Estate Planning Council, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mark serves on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Boynton Beach. Mark's civic involvement includes his service on the Advisory Board of the Boca Raton Museum of Art, and as Co-Chairman of the Palm Beach County Business Development Board's IRB Task Force that oversees all bond applications to the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners.
Mark resides in Lake Worth, Florida with his wife, Shari, and their two daughters. |
